This department needs to be reviewed. It is always unreachable the process is rediculous. Completely useless. All the taxes I've paid and I can't reach someone. I have paid for these services my whole life and I can't get one damn person on the phoneeeeee evveeerrrrr. I'm emailing congressmen councilmen everything to let them know how useless this department is.
