I recently had a move with Johnson Transport, INC and it was a mixed experience. The crew was professional and the overall service was good. However, there were a few hiccups along the way which affected my experience. The communication could have been better and a piece of furniture got slightly damaged during the move. Despite these issues, the team resolved everything satisfactorily.
