👌 My experience with Phantom Scotland was average. The tour guides were knowledgeable, but could have been more engaging. The itinerary was well-planned, but I felt like I didn't have enough time at each location. The website was informative, but could use some improvement in terms of user experience. Overall, it was a decent trip, but there is room for improvement.
