I had a mixed experience with Grafix guy. The overall quality of their work was decent, but the customer service was lacking. The design they created for my website was visually appealing, but there were several technical issues that needed to be addressed. It took a lot of back and forth to get everything fixed, which was frustrating. However, once everything was done correctly, I was happy with the final result. Overall, I would rate them as average.
