I had a few issues with my recent order from Baka Vapes. The delivery took longer than expected, and one of the items was damaged. However, their customer service was quick to resolve the issues and they offered a replacement for the damaged item. While it was an inconvenience, I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation.
