I booked a tour with a popular travel agency and had a terrible experience. The itinerary was poorly planned and we didn't get to see all the places as promised. The tour guide seemed disinterested and lacked knowledge about the destinations. The accommodation was subpar and not as described on their website. Customer service was unresponsive to our complaints. I wish I had booked with Rustar tourism instead. Lesson learned, always do thorough research before booking a trip.
