Contacted Bluedot this morning at 7:37 am and scheduled an appointment. Was given a window of 8am - 12 pm and was told a 30 min heads up call would be forthcoming. I called at 11:10 stating that I have not heard from anyone yet and they told me I was on the schedule and that it wasn't 30 min out yet. I thanked them and waited. 12:05 came and went and still no phone call. I called again and they stated their tech got held up and would be happy to reschedule me for another day because at this time, they could not give me an ETA. Bear in mind they answered the call by saying "how can I offer you exceptional service today" Well for one, a heads up that your tech cannot make it to my home within the 4 hour window you gave me would be nice. I was forced to call you back twice to inquire about my appointment instead of it being the other way around. Second, you were not the least bit concern of the 4 hours I wasted waited for your tech's arrival and then being told... that you could not even provide me a new estimated time of arrival after the 12 noon deadline. It appears your motto should be ... "we're not satisfied until you're NOT satisfied. I would not recommend these guys at all even though they are local to me.,
