Bought tickets for a couple of friends of mine for Shen you. The seats were located on the third tier row A. As it turned out one of them was afraid of heights and we were at the out most row facing the balcony. My friend started to have panic attacks and we had to leave. Thought we had to lose the show, but an usher said that the box office might be able to accommodate us with seats located in the back rows, away from the dizzying height. Sure enough they were able to give us new seats on row D. It was an awesome service provided to us by njpac. Thanks!
