I recently booked a trip with De Buck Travel and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was straightforward and the website was easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The agent I spoke with was not very helpful or knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate my experience with De Buck Travel as average.
