My mortgage was transferred to LoanCare (via New Residential Mtg) 3 weeks ago. I received the papers with my new loan number *yesterday*. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Tried to register on their website, got an error message, despite providing the information precisely as requested. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Went to the "contact us" tab and found out that the choices were snail mail or phone, but no email. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Tried to call, first time got sent to the wrong department, second time chose the "call you back" option but never heard back, third time waited on hold for half an hour before giving up. NOT ACCEPTABLE. In addition, the many, many, MANY negative reviews have me extremely concerned. I didn't choose this company, and I definitely won't be with them any longer than I absolutely have to. Given the choice, I'd rather have stuck with the mortgage company that's filing bankruptcy but had decent customer service. This is ridiculous.
