I've been a customer of Mergence investment managers for several years now and I must say, their service is average. They have provided me with decent investment options and good returns, but nothing extraordinary. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. Overall, I would rate my experience with Mergence investment managers as average.
