This is what the steering wheel looks like in the Kia Sportage 2019 after 30,000 km. The warranty based on a photo sent by email by the service and by me was not taken into account due to the fact that it is natural wear and the abrasion was caused by mechanical abrasion (I do not even wear a ring, I was not shown how I should not touch it). You probably measured the paint coating by e-mail based on the photo and stated that it is not possible that it is a material defect. When it comes to complaint handling, I have never encountered such ignorance and I suggest you think a few times before buying.
