Really disappointed in my experience here. First time we met the director of catering, they were VERY late. Tried to get a proposal for a wedding reception to try and compete with another venue and never received it. That was over a month ago. Decided to have our ceremony here and I have been trying for weeks to get an agreement for the ceremony as we booked the reception elsewhere. Still no agreement. HORRIBLE communication. Have to email numerous times to get any answer. Called multiple times and never get a call back. Getting told yes then no to certain things which is confusing and frustrating. Really unprofessional and rude. I ll be happy we re NOT having any part of our wedding here. I expected better from this place. Happy to take my business elsewhere to people who care. I can only imagine how it would have been on the actual wedding day. I understand there are a lot of events here, but it shouldn t take this darn long to respond to someone about their wedding.
