Horrible customer service, totally allowed overweight, unknowledgeable cable guy James to screw over customer because job was paid per hour, and he took his time. Then they fired me for saying something. I am a single mother of 2, Owener Ian fired me Dec 3, he know how bad this would screw me over. He did warn everyone by telling us he doesn't care at all about his employees and he proved it cause I'm homeless but his fat overweight employeees standing strong and fat......think about how many fat cable techs get it done
