I recently had the chance to experience Gazella turizm services and I must say it was an average experience. The overall trip was fine, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The guide seemed a bit disorganized and we had some issues with the accommodations. However, the customer service was responsive and handled the situation well. I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
