I had the opportunity to sample some of the smoked meats from this local company and I'm impressed! The quality and taste of the meats were great. The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful. The customer service was also outstanding. They answered all my questions and provided helpful suggestions. I definitely recommend trying their products. You won't be disappointed!
