I have been a customer of Ntt group for over a year now and I must say that their services are simply average. While their website looks clean and professional, the overall experience is just okay. I have had a couple of issues with their customer support team, as they were not very responsive and didn't provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. However, the prices are competitive and the product quality is decent. Overall, I would rate Ntt group as average.
