I had a mixed experience with Imperial Innovations. While some aspects of their service were good, there were also areas that were lacking. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer support was not always responsive. The products were of high quality, but the delivery times were often longer than expected. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
