I have been a customer of this energy company for quite some time now, and overall, my experience has been satisfactory. The rates are reasonable, and the customer service is responsive. However, there have been instances where the billing was inaccurate, which was a bit frustrating. They should improve their billing system. Apart from that, everything else has been fine.
