The person I met with, who has her Master s in psychology and going for her PhD was nice, was not helpful. The part of therapy is that it s supposed to be therapeutic and not give you a headache. I got more questions than anything else. She was looking at the list of questions from the clipboard that perhaps her supervisor gave. Therapy should be more open than specific, especially during the first visit.
