The experience with Book-Tek INC was average. Although their website, ezmountcorp.com, was easy to navigate and had detailed product descriptions, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I had to make multiple calls before getting a resolution to my issue. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
