They placed a $300 hold on my account and did not ...

They placed a $300 hold on my account and did not explain that process to me at all. Barely mentioned they were charging me $300 while Simultaneously inserting my card to be charged. All for a one hour bike ride. I rented one adult cruiser and 2 kids bike. Not impressed whatsoever. I am a single mom who depends on every dollar. Extremely disappointed with this company.
