I live in Singapore but have a uk letting agent who manages my property. Big Warranties deducted funds from the after I had sold the property but would not refund my money to the letting agency. They wouldn't accept my email requests & requested I phone them but the 800 number they give is inaccessible from singapore. I have given them my number but they refuse to call me. the only conclusion I can come to rightly or wrongly is that that they are quick to take money but not interested in returning it. I will happily remove this review if they call me & discuss settlement
