I would rate Propecta as average. The company website propecta.com is easy to navigate and has a user-friendly interface. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I think there is room for improvement for Propecta.
