Horrible from the start. Little to no customer service. I asked numerous times each year on how much CHV was going to charge but CHV said they would "take care of me" End of the year I was slapped with a fat bill that was far above the going rate. Tax filing were turned in late despite everything being turned in on time. Impossible to get a hold of anyone at CHV that can make a decision. 2/3 people I worked with at CHV left. What you expect out of an accounting firm you will not receive at CHV. All three of my family members now have left.
