I respect why dentists are closed during COVID-19....

I respect why dentists are closed during COVID-19. Delta Dental is also on minimal staffing. Likewise, I called them to cancel my policy and my wife's as my dentist projects no appointments till October, which is still risky, so why pay $90 a month for two policies we cannot use till next year. Responsiveness is important as a few weeks ago, I sent an email asking them to contact me but nothing yet.
