Defrut is an average company. The website defrut.com is decent, but there is nothing that sets it apart from other companies in the same industry. The overall experience I had with Defrut was just satisfactory. The customer service could be improved, as sometimes it took a while to get a response to my inquiries. However, they did manage to resolve my issue in the end, so that's a plus. Overall, I would rate Defrut as average.
