I had an average experience with Surecritic, inc. The website surecritic.com is easy to navigate and the overall layout is user-friendly. However, I found the customer support to be lacking in responsiveness. It took a long time for them to address my concerns and their solutions were not satisfactory. I hope they can improve in this area.
