Unfortunately this was the worst rental experience I have ever had in my life. The place would be beautiful if it were clean and not falling apart. I m a nutshell 2 of the 4 bathrooms worked (one actually had the. Wall and ceiling crumbling), 3 TVs of 8 worked, it was filthy to the point we had to clean to even sit down, the hot tub had to be drained; thus unable to use, and the grill was out of propane. Our days were consumed with numerous calls to the manager and rental company with no response, us cleaning, us buying propane etc. The lack of response and rectification was simply appalling. Days later we still have not received compensation of any kind. We did receive an email lacking professionalism and ownership of issues. The attitude and lack of customer support was most troubling in the midst of the nightmare. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
