I have had mixed experiences with Monting. Some of the products I have purchased from them have been great, while others have been disappointing. The website is easy to use, but I have had issues with items being out of stock and not being notified until after I have placed an order. The customer service team has been responsive and helpful in resolving these issues, but it has still been frustrating. Overall, I would say Monting is an average company with some room for improvement.
