My wife's company directed her to bring her company car here for service. There was an error message appearing and she wanted it checked out. From the moment they told me they didn't have an appointment booked I knew there were going to be issues. They said they called us to inform the car was ready and voicemall was full (checked both and no calls and still space on the VM.), then they sent a text 5 minutes before the service shop called stating we had to call them, needless to say we did not pick up the car that night.

We just picked it up and as soon as we started the car, the error message appeared. Checking the paperwork, they did nothing to the car other than check a few things? For the issue we brought it in for, the paperwork stated Could not duplicate and no codes in the stored history...Yet pick up car, first thing that comes up is service side detection system.

Not sure why no issues could be found if the car started up with the error message. Either way, I personally will never purchase or bring any car back for service at this location after this experience. I've been in customer service for an extremely long time and to me this is not acceptable.
