I recently had an experience with a power distribution company based in South Africa. I visited their website to explore their products and services. The website was well-designed and user-friendly, making navigation effortless. However, I found the range of products to be quite limited compared to other companies in the same industry. Although the prices were reasonable, I felt that the quality of the products did not justify the cost. The customer service was satisfactory, but I had to wait quite a while to get a response to my queries. Overall, my experience with this company was average.
