Windstream is a joke! Are U kidding me?! I haven t even had services for 12 hours and my television has been reading signal has been lost for over 2 hours! I called tech support and the rep told me to call back in 4 HOURS after their system updates. 4 freakin hours??!?!?!!! Where s my blood pressure medicine? I can feel it rising as I listened to the rep, Sarah tell me that nonsense. And forget about reaching a supervisor. The rep told me that the supervisor has to call me back because they re NOT ALLOWED to transfer calls or go ask the supervisor for help. Oops, I almost forgot to mention that all of this happened after waiting 5 days with 2 missed and rescheduled appointments made by windstream after waiting all day for 2 days and taking off work just to sit around and wait for the techs. Let me get this right... I missed 2 days of work which equals to over $400 for services worth only $10?!?! NO FREAKIN WAY ! Windstream, come and get your wrinky dink illegal cable out of my house so that I can go back home to SPECTRUM. I mean, seriously, illegal cable is better than this. I missed the NBA FINALS thanks to windstream & their bootleg services. ALWAYS REMEMBER, U GET WHAT U PAY FOR. Yea, the bill is half of Spectrum s, but the value is even less than that
