I recently visited the salon & spa and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was cozy and elegant, but the service left a little to be desired. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and overwhelmed, resulting in some delays. 😐 Additionally, the prices were a bit on the higher side. 💸 On the positive side, the salon was clean and well-maintained, and the spa treatments were decent. The massage I received was soothing, helping me relax. 💆 However, I expected a bit more attention to detail and personalization. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. While there were some positives, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of service quality and pricing. 🏢💅💇
