I agree with many of the post that the car-sales people and finance Managers waste your time, and do get your hopes up, to only have you leave, beyond upsetment and wasting four and half hours of your time, for what..? Nothing...!
Monica is the worst, and I mean the worst car sales person, that I and my husband has dealt will, and will not have her help us ever. She is rude, rolls her eyes and when she sees that this deal may or may not go, she goes off to help another customer, and her replacement is the pure definition of incompetent. He took all my personal information when I told him that I was already in the system; I but a car, here back in 2013, in used car, (by the way wonderful car salesman that help me buy my car 2013). Then the next day, I get a phone call from Monica to call her, and I had my husband call her, because I was very upset, because of the four and half hour of wasted time, the day before. And he calls her and she texted him back..(SERIOUSLY TEXTING A CUSTOMER.. Very unprofessional-able! ) And asked for my personal information again that it somehow got lost and they needed it again. First off, my identity was stolen thru the BCBS, Anthem matter, so I am very very reluctant to share any of my information, and so when Monica requested it again, my husband told her no to work with his numbers and the trade and the monies down for a payment. He finally got a phone call back from the Jason Smith the finance manger, and asked if we could put more money down and my husband told him the day before this is what we have and no more, and so my husband was very very upset, and then the Mr, Smith proceeded to advise that whether or not he did get my personal information that it would have not made a difference. Then why did you tell us it would make a difference from the began... This is beyond upsetting, and what gives car dealers and care sales people a bad rap. Not going back here. Don't waste your time.
