The signage and directions are awful here. There is a sign for Reception, that actually walks you into a sealed door! The floors don't relate to the rooms. We got very frustrated trying to find our rooms and then getting back to Reception. The bar looked cold and unwelcoming, however due to lack of restaurants locally, we returned. The food was actually presented nicely and tasted good too. When seeing the pool, we decided not to use it as it looked cold and uninviting. Reception need to have clearer instructions to find your room, a warmer welcome. Signage for the entire hotel needs adjusting, the sign next to the lift misses a lot of rooms off!
