Started our great, but now it's getting tougher and tougher to get the pain pills that my father needs. Almost to the point of where they won't do it anymore.
So we're in the process of changing pharmacies. We requested all medication info be sent to the new place. Just got to the new place and only have one set of pills there.

Get this. My Med said me and my mother were never customers, and only sent one medication for my father over. One he's NEVER taken in his life. We've been going here for years.

If 0 stars was an option that's what you'd get. You could KILL someone. You're being reported and sued if you can't send over all the medication over to the new pharmacy.
Getting medication for some is life or death, to refuse to transfer info and meds could kill that person. Giving them medication that they have NEVER TAKEN before could kill them as well. You're lucky that he didn't take what you sent over.
