As a customer, I found the service to be satisfactory overall. The platform provided a useful way to manage employee absences and track attendance, which was beneficial for our team. However, there were some aspects that could be improved upon. The user interface was somewhat outdated and not very intuitive, making it a bit cumbersome to navigate at times. Additionally, the customer support response time was slower than expected, which was a bit frustrating when we encountered issues. On the positive side, the system did help us streamline our absence management process to some extent. With some enhancements to the user experience and customer support, it has the potential to be a stronger tool for organizations.
