I had an average experience with the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). The website was easy to navigate and had useful information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, the RSNA is an okay company to work with.
