I recently had the opportunity to work with Knowledge Navigators Benelux BV and I must say that the experience was average. The company provided adequate services, but nothing outstanding. The website was easy to navigate and their research resources were fairly comprehensive. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. Overall, my experience with Knowledge Navigators Benelux BV was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement.
