I had a mixed experience with New-west vr. On one hand, the selection of virtual reality experiences was great and the customer service was friendly. However, I found the website to be quite slow and the booking process was a bit confusing. Additionally, the prices were a bit higher compared to other places I've tried. Overall, I would say that New-west vr is a decent option, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
