I filed an appeal and filled out all the paperwork...

I filed an appeal and filled out all the paperwork and even called to make sure my information was updated in the system.......they still called a 20 year old number and dismissed the claim.......incompetent workers and department. People are out of work depending on these people.......pathetic!
