I had a mixed experience with Coqua-labs. The customer service was excellent, but their product quality was average. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars. While they have a beautiful website and user-friendly interface, the actual performance of their products was not up to the mark. I hope they can improve their product quality in the future.
