I recently purchased some products from a company that I found online. The products themselves were great and exactly what I was looking for. However, I was not impressed with the customer service I received. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, their responses were not very helpful. It was frustrating to deal with them and I don't think I would purchase from them again.
