Wait staff was actively inattentive, with okay food.

"Hand made tortillas" were anything but, we had to flag anyone we could to even order drinks. Rice and beans were old, dry, and hardly seasoned.

The tacos were quite good, the enchiladas were burnt, and the Caesar salad used spaghetti shredded lettuce and was difficult to eat.
