I received a request to efile a response to a case...

I received a request to efile a response to a case in the Circuit Court Chancery Division. The efile website could find no such court case. Online help couldn't locate the case either and suggested that I call the court. I called the court phone number and held on for at least 5 minutes while it merely rang. No one ever answered it. If this is the service we get, how will we answer the court by efile in a timely manner. If I just let it go, the case will go into default at my expense. This is not the way to do business.
