We took a ticket from a tour operator to this hotel, according to reviews, we thought that everything would go smoothly and perfectly, as those who visited here describe. It turns out the opposite is true.
1) The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dubai, and if you leave it for a walk to the center, then very few people know where it is at all and what it is.

2) The area itself is in the construction site and in the sand, there is nowhere to go for a walk, there are no roads for pedestrians at all (in principle, as in the whole emirate, you need to take a taxi or have your own transport)

3) Shuttles to certain places are available, but they all run at inconvenient hours and are limited in time (we ended up driving everywhere and looked at everything ourselves, took a taxi)

4) The windows in this hotel are not washed at all, apparently. Insanely dirty. Plus they do not close, and the eternal draft.

5) There was a crooked door in my soul and a puddle always formed on the floor, when asked to fix it, or at least something to do with it, they sent a technician, and instead of fixing the door hinge, he replaced the rubber at the bottom of the door. We ourselves had to constantly mop the floor and wring out the rag, otherwise we could slip.

6) Room cleaning also leaves much to be desired, bed linen is always in some kind of stains and stains. The towels are either in someone else's toner, or it is not clear what. I threw out the garbage, and they apparently rummaged in it, took out some things I had thrown out and put them on the table. (as a result, for 4 days of such a "surprise", I threw everything out of the hotel area).
We didn t change the linen every day, as they say here, but until we complained ourselves, we didn t constantly report towels, didn t replenish water and tea.
A pair of disposable slippers were left-sided. That for me and for my husband.

7) Breakfast is normal, no excess and very monotonous. The fruits are mostly canned.
It is very noisy due to the endless influx of Chinese people. And therefore, finding a free table at breakfast sometimes posed a problem.

8) We asked for an adapter at the reception - we were given a broken and not in working condition. Then, of course, we replaced it with a normal one.

9) The hotel staff is polite, but terribly intrusive. When checking in, they ask if you have an account on this site, if not, do it yourself.
At the same time, constantly repeating that you describe this hotel in the best colors and give 5 points. (which already spoils the impression of everything.) When checking out, they come up and ask them to write an excellent review and again put 5. When you say that you will do everything later, they press and ask to do everything immediately, they take phones from many and write about themselves themselves, giving an excellent score. (this is generally shocking). So DO NOT believe what is written here!

The hotel is not 5 stars at all. The maximum is up to 3.
I do NOT recommend coming here, and I myself will never return to it.

The only plus, I really liked the service in the SPA. There is, of course, nothing special. (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) The sauna is not bad, the steam room is terrible, the jacuzzi is just a mini round pool (you will not find any water bubbles and buttons for this). Moreover, there is no heating anywhere, the water is cool. The lockers are old and none of them can be locked, there are simply no keys.

Plus the girls-masseuses. Very friendly and had a wonderful massage. Only to them I would sign up again :)

In general, I do not advise you to waste your time here, but as they say, the taste and color;)
