The shine of bygone days has unfortunately passed a little!

I have known and love this house for many years, but unfortunately my passion is waning.

Our last stay was mixed. Our superior suite was shabby, the shower alternated between hot and cold, the great steam function was defective, the TV kept turning itself off and the picture quality was inferior. I waited over 45 minutes for a suitable bathrobe.

The beautiful whirlpool in the wellness area was carelessly bricked up :-(

Overall, the service staff is no longer as attentive and tough as it used to be! Hotels of this class in Asia can do that much better! This is probably an "all-German problem" .... Reservations for breakfast tables unfortunately went bad ...

The flair in the lobby has also become cooler without our "Franzel" .... whatever he may have "done" !? It is a great loss that has not been compensated for!

Overall a shame!
