I had a mixed experience at Cityvets. While the veterinarians were knowledgeable and the clinic was clean, I found the staff to be a bit rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care much about my pet's well-being and rushed through the appointment. I expected better customer service, especially considering the reputation of the clinic. Overall, I'm disappointed with my visit and will be looking for another veterinary clinic.
