I recently went on a tour with a travel agency and it was a disaster. The tour guide was unprofessional and lacked knowledge about the places we visited. The itinerary was poorly planned and we missed out on some key attractions. The accommodation was below par and not as described. I wish I had booked with Rustar tourism instead. Lesson learned, always choose a reputable company.
